Susanne Swanson has been working on the side lines for the agency since 1980. Graduating from NMHS and WWU, her work background is in retail management. Recently, she was a Human Resource Manger for Wal-Mart until joining the agency full-time in 2001. She has also completed her degree in Travel and Tourism and has passed the Travel Agent Proficiency Test. Susanne's main specialties are in Disney, Hawaii, cruises, Fiji, Caribbean and Ireland. She also has a love for England and the Music & Entertainment Industry.
